Owning and operating a fleet of vessels consisting of research vessels, tugs, pilot boats, crew/work boats, barges and associated equipment, Superport provides services related to operations in almost every sector of marine activity in Atlantic Canada. Our oceanographic and research activities are global in nature. Superport maintains its own vessels and builds proprietary design crew/work boats as well as project specific equipment.

Operating routinely in the hostile environment of the North Atlantic, Superport Marine Services Limited supports pilotage operation in the Strait of Canso, assists with marine petroleum transshipment operations, carries out a range of marine construction and unique projects on a year round basis. The oceanographic and research vessels are chartered for work on a worldwide basis often with sister company McGregor GeoScience Limited based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
